Below is the menu for all menus during Bike MS weekend. Guest Meal passes may be purchased during packet pick up for all meals except Sunday morning breakfast, which can be purchased directly at the High Mountain Buffet that morning.

Rest stops

Along the route each rest stop has water, a sports drink, and a snack. Snacks included at the rest stops may be one of the following: fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, energy bar, cookies and other items!
